Productivity

1. Significant work on my thesis manuscript while at Starbucks with Stacy

3. Great lower body workout targeting the new areas I'm working on today.

Today I worked really hard on my DFBI project and edited the entired manuscript. I made notes of all the necessary statistical revisions and felt great about that achievement.  I also made it over to the psych building to get some work done for my assistanship.  All in all, a very work-productive day.

For lunch today I made a great smoothie - key lime yogurt, blackberries, a frozen banana, 2 spoonfuls of peanut butter, and a 1/2 cup of silk milk.  It was delicious!  Tonight I tried coconut crusted tilapia from Market Street for the first time and it was fantastic (and only three dollars).  I'll definitely have to try that again.

Tomorrow I'm going to try to make my lifting session more productive by adding more cardio-esque intensity in between sets.  I haven't decided if I'm going to do any cardio or not - I'm thinking about sprint intervals around the neighborhood though.
